Appreciate the response. I need to find out how this fact escaped me.????????? If it is true then why do the golf pros at ech course have administrative responsibility for the executive courses in and around the host championship course?

Wow this opens up a whole lot of discussion, if true
Please re-read my post. The post indicates the course is owned through the central district. Funds (from amenity fees collected by the VCCDD) for the executive courses above 466 are administered by the AAC, whose members are residents. Golf Administration handles the contracting for maintenance, not the developer.

Based on the regular fair to poor conditions of Courses in the Villages, I would suggest that your comment is subject to conjecture. Some of them don't even know the rules of golf.

The golf pros work for GMS who run the courses NOT own them.
