Your source is wrong. I am an MLS Realtor. I have the MLS data. Florida Realtors Association has not published October data yet. There was an uptick in October, but certainly not the best month in MLS history. It followed the worst month in September - this market is really crazy in The Villages.
I tried attaching the image of the MLS data, but evidently I can only post a link to the image, which won’t work for anyone but MLS Realtors. If you can guide me as to how I can post just the image, I will be happy to do that.
