Default Little Blue Lights
Good morning, everyone. Since we have been discussing red lights, I wonder if anyone can tell me what the small blue lights above the traffic lights are? Too many to be cameras. Thanks in advance.

I believe those monitor traffic flow and can help regulate the red light accordingly.

The blue lights are in sync with the red lights. Red light on, bluelight on etc. A police officer can determine a light is red without seeing the actual red light.
