It seems to me outdoor kitchens and pools are vastly underused but that doesn't stop the purchases or builds.

WE use our pool just about every day. We had it built 9 years ago.

Different strokes for different folks. Love my Weber BBQ. Hard to cook any BBQ in a kitchen.
