Default Grout on ceramic tile: To seal or not to seal?

Any advice on whether I should seal the grout on my newly tiled flooring? Won't that prevent staining and make it easier to clean?

You should always seal grout. You can go to Home Depot or Lowes and get One Step Grout Sealer by Tileguard which is quick, easy, and evaporates from tile. It does a beautiful job of sealing the grout.
