I bought it on Friday and finished it last night. I didn't find anything new in it. He does focus on the TV but I think his "gripe" is with "age segregation" anywhere. The information about how developers are in it for the money is no revelation, and the stories about TV sex activities have been talked about by other sources too. His interviews with residents sound like conversations I have had and heard during the years I have been visiting TV. The book does give some food for thought on what happens when the developer pulls the plug.
If a person is enjoying the lifestyle at TV then ignore the book because it's just one man's perspective.
