Question Help... Measurement Needed

We have a Whispering Pine II in the Village of Pennecamp and I need a measurement....any help would be appreciated.

I need the measurement of the doorway into the Laundry Room with the sliding/pocket door fully open. My wife and I are wondering if our washer and dryer will fit through the door opening. We missed measuring the last time we were down and are getting ready to move more of our home down .

As I said above, "Any help is grealy appreciated"

Thanks in advance

Wouldn't you be bringing them in through the garage? Why would they be coming from the kitchen or whatever room is behind the pocket door?

Our Whispering Pine pocket door opening to the laundry room is just under 31".

Do you have an oversized washer and dryer and that's why you're concerned? Otherwise I would think they would make sure the opening is wide enough to get a washer and dryer into the laundry room. Ours' went in no problem. They were brought in from the garage. Hope this helps.

Mudder, the Whispering Pine laundry room is off of a small hallway. You don't directly access the laundry room from the garage.

Yes, I would be coming into the home through the garage and feel that door is wide enough, but my fear is the door leading into the Laundry Room might not be large enough. The doorway going into the Laundry Room is what I need measured.

Yes, these are quite large. In our current home, I had to remove the door frame leading into the Laundry Room and felt both are about the same. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it very much.

If Ivy's measurements weren't exact enough for you call your agent. TV has the plans for all of their designs and you should be able to get exact measurements from them.

As a matter of fact, "yes" the measurements were quite acceptable and I thanked him too...
