Smile Hang it on a wall?

I had an herb garden and tomato plants covering a low divider wall at one of my houses. It worked great and by planting flowers that the bugs hate (marigolds? can't remember) it looked great.

I saw a product on a talk show last week (Martha Stewart http://www.marthastewart.com/article/living-walls) called "woolly pockets," that are especially made for this. They looked a little pricey but I just used regurlar hanging pots with a drip irrigation emiters in the top.

Just a thought.

I have mint, chives, basil and sweet peas. The more I pick, the faster and healthier they seem to grow!
These herbs are in individual pots out ij the garden, I move them to follow the little sun we have.
I made the mistake of leaving my basil plant by my parrots cage, they seem to like fresh basil
The sweet peas bloomed all summer long, I picked the flowers for weeks & weeks.
