Default Fitting Golf Carts in Garage

We purchased a Designer Home Allamanda model with a two car garage and wondering whether we will be able to fit a car in one space and a 2 seater and 4 seater (rear facing) golf cart in the second space? I assume it will be tight but possible.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Nope, never had that experience.

I have a Polaris Breeze golf cart. It is a two-seat cart with another seat for two people that folds up when not in use as a four-seater. Great cart!

That is our situation as well and there is plenty of room for the 2 golf carts. We just moved into our Gardenia with a 2 car garage that is 20' deep with a garage door that is 18' wide. Our car is about 17' x 6'. We only have a 4-seater golf cart today and it is 8' x 4'. When we get our second cart in a couple months, there will be enough room for the 2 carts to share one side of the garage.

Congratulations on your new home!

Around town it is common to see two golf carts in one parking space designed for one car.

You can actually fit 4 golf carts in 1 car parking space, but the 2 in the rear will, obviously, block the 2 in front.

I have had three in mine with no issue. Had them all backed in at an angle along with a car. Angled in like the car parking spaces at LSL.
