I am getting obsessed with house hunting from up here North. I have discovered yet another new place to look for homes. ( Are ANY of them occupied down there? There are certainly a lot available.)

I just ran across still another site, this one from HGTV...it is FrontDoor. com. It gives some of the demographics of an area, along with listings. It SAYS that the median age is 33 in TV.. LOL. It also says that only some minuscule amount of residents graduated from high school and less from college and forget about the one person who has a graduate degree.(I am exaggerating) The median income is $40 K and if I remember rightly, it says there are approximately 6500 people living in TV. I can't seem to find a way to email them and tell them they are wrong. I notice I love to do that more and more as I get older.(Tell people they are wrong)

I am still trying to get over all of the stolen golf carts....sigh. Just another thing to worry about as I emotionally get ready for this.......change.

graciegirl having your golf cart stolen would be akin to being hit by lightning. It ain't gonna happen. Just be aware of your surroundings and use common sense. You should do that where ever you live, anyway. Just my thoughts, Johnny

As to the golf cart thefts, it is something to consider, mainly in the realm of getting rid of the common key, rather than something to truly worry about. Your bigger worry is finding the time to do everything you want, when you want and with whom you want.

My suggestion is to ignore the ignorance of frontdoor.com (there's lots of ignorance out there on lots of subjects...) and not to lose sleep about the golf cart situation but rather follow JohnnyM's suggestion about just being sensible....
