Don't be surprised if you don't get a lot of response on this one. It is asked over and over again.

The VHA is an organization that really has the support of the developer/family and vice versa.

The POA is an independent organization which will take up the cause of homeowners and try to get the developer/family to see the homeowners' side of issues.

We joined the VHA when we moved here thinking it was the best way to get our voice heard by the developer but soon learned that it was in our best interest to belong to both to ensure that our opinion was really heard by the developer/family.

That is, of course, my humble opinion.

God Bless Fran...this makes sense to me...plain english! Thank you so much!!! We joined the VHA...now we will join the POA as well....perhaps I should run for something....hhmmmm.....

The POA has a reputation (whether deserved or not, I can't say...) for being negative--but also for focusing on individual homeowner issues.

The VHA does good things for TV as a whole but seems to be a shill for the developer insofar as individual homeowner issues are concerned and thus not supportive of such individuals.

I really need to write our story and post it; I know I keep saying this. It's just that it's a long story and time is so short....
