Question Holly model??

Did anyone notice that the Holly seems to have disappeared from the designer list of models? We loved that model but it is now completely gone from model list! Wonder if anyone has heard anything.. It does appear the the similar Bridgeport does not sell that well so maybe they have already re-thought offering that model which is so similar.

Can't wait to move next year

PS How in the sam hill do I get the title of the thread in BOLD???
THANKS

We were talking to our rep about the same thing. He advised us that the Holly is still available.

I believe there is a Holly set up in the new Model Area in Buttonwood

There is also a Model that is not listed on the Web or in the Magazine

--it is an "IVY" --4 bedroom Lantana

Default there is a model

Kelsie's correct - there is a furnished model. Just got back from 2 weeks in TV and went thru the Holly model, and the Iris, and maybe one other with my friend and her realtor.

So glad to learn that there is a Holly model. We will be down in July to check out the new models and visit with our friends.

Default Holly model

Thanks to you all for the info! We did see the Ivy on the site and the new Hollys in Buttonwood, etc. Thought perhaps when they added the Ivy, the Holly may have been inadvertently deleted. I did drop an email to our agent and am waiting for confirmation, but you have already convinced me (TOTV is my bible) that the Holly still exists.

The Holly model is now back on the Villages website. This is the model my husband and I are interested in viewing when we visit the Villages in July.

Thanks "retired2" ! I did notice that yesterday and our agent said it is defintely available.
We also are interested in this model after going through the Bridgeport model several times on our last visit. The price is lower on the Holly as they removed a half bath. Moved the second bath closer to the hallway which will allow friends to use it without going through the bedrooms, as was the case in the Bridgeport. May still be a little too much house for us, but half the fun is in looking!
