My advice is to find someone that doesn't get paid unless you make the deal with them. They will push it along and always call you back.

Thanks Snowbird, I'll call her Friday...I called a Wells Fargo near TV today and got a pre-approval letter from them...It's funny, the time I spent on the phone with their rep was tons more helpful and informative than anything I got form Citizens...But again, most people will have a different ending with Citizens than I did...We will get there, it's just gonna be a little more challenging than we thought...
