Any delivery service that does not use their own trucks and employees is not the same as Amazon. You can do a return instantly and get a refund as soon as you drop off the item at the UPS store, even before it is received by Amazon. And, in most cases, you don't even need to re-wrap the item.

Good to know. Now the reason to own any form of transportation other than a golf cart is down to one (access to decent health care).

There may be a lot of "for sale" signs on pickups as the gas prices stay high for a year or more.

Lowe's also is doing free delivery on many items. Once I found that both HD & Lowe's do free delivery it has saved me many a trip. I also like that it is an easy return if needed just take the item to the local store, no different than taking to UPS store, plus I am happy to support a local business (even if they are corporately owned). I don't but from Wayfair because any returns are a pain and on my dime.

I have used it for years now with zero problems. Just this minute, I went outside and picked up 3 pieces of red rubber mulch and as an experiment, I put them in a small container of water. They ALL SANK. If anyone believes otherwise, they could walk into Home Depot with a cup of water and find some of the rubber mulch that have fallen out of their packaging and make their own test. And NEVER take any advice from that particular employee again !

OP here. I read all these “arguments” against rubber mulch. hmmm. Well I’m very happy. A few more bags to lay down over my old rock area.
The new rubber mulch looks so clean and hopefully will last as well. Couple pics att. Old red rock area. And another with the new rubber mulch looks

When I fire up the leaf blower to blow the dead leaves and other debris out of the garden, that rubber mulch would end up all over the lawn. As it is, I have to be careful not to blow the river rocks out of our garden beds.

My stones were a mess with weeds and grass, endless maintenance. I sprayed roundup to kill everything, put down heavy duty weed block and then spread the rubber mulch. Looks great and the mulch will not decompose and grow new weeds. Also, use landscape staples on weed block before putting down mulch.

You are going to get the "I know better than you" crowd on every post here. People have even been saying "I don't need to know why you think rubber mulch is a bad idea" and they will get at least 3 replies doing exactly that. I'm not sure if it's lack of reading comprehension, or people just like derailing threads because what they have to say is more important.

Why didn't you just drive your car? It is ALLOWED in TV. GCs are NOT the only mode of transportation here...especially when shopping.

It floats and washes away.

I’ve discovered on line, one of the best for flower beds is LEAVES, fortunately for our Village of La Zamora, we have many neighbors that kindly bag their leaves for garbage pickup, cost zero,

How long does rubber mulch last before having to be replaced or replenished?

I needed a small speciality screw and had them delivered next day for free. Who’s to argue!
Tho I’ve spent a small fortune there over the years. But it’s nice to now have this service.

Mulch glue can be used to help keep it in place of needed.
