When I bought last month I got it with Sumter-Marion insurance Which I was told is Villages on a Patio for $575 a year.

The reason TV insurance wouldn't write one for us we were told was that they weren't writing for anything built before 2001 I believe. Annoying! We have a CBS CY villa.
