This would be kinda tricky to execute - it would depend on the sensitivity of the sensors, the location of the doors/windows and motion sensors, and the proximity of any normal in-house activity when the system is armed.

Actually you can place the magnetic switch anyplace you want along with the one when the window is closed. That way you can open the window to the second switch and if it is moved the alarm goes off.
