If, actually WHEN we move to TV permanently we will look for a larger house. We bought the Camellia in April, have occupied it a total of 19 days, (the most fun in our lives,) but we would like a Lantana or perhaps a Premiere because of the larger auxillary bedroom for our daughter who lives with us and makes our life so perfect. We adore the location we have now and wish we would never move from it. But there are wonderful places in Paradise. Every one has it's own merits with lovely friends surrounding it I am sure.

I LOVE to move, and expect we will continue to do so every 3 or 4 years. (Within TV).
Love fixing houses up, then selling for a profit.

we live in a new neighborhood that is about half completed. About 6% of the owners moved within TV, two on their third home. One still has their "other TV home" still on the market. Moves within were based primarily on size--current home is larger.

We bought in an older area (1993). Most of the villas are still occupied by the original owners many of whom are now approaching their 80's. The couple we bought from moved to a bigger place within TV. Another couple who's place in now for sale are British and need to stay in Britain due to health problems. 2 others I know bought theirs from people who died (alas, even in TV...). So I'd say our neighborhood is pretty stable.
