Default Snow birds are here when?

I might rent my home next year, and sure would like to know what month/weeks are more Birds here.

January -March Or April most all snowbirds are here. Some come down in September too and stay until about December 15 when they return for the Holidays.

I think justjim is pretty close to right. The several Canadians I know who split their time here usually come mid-October and return mid-April. However, that particular crowd isn't your market as they own their own place here.

Default I am not sure what a snow bird is anymore?

The folks I know (including myself) that fly north for the summer are here from October through May or even June. Maybe we are not typical snowbirds?

The renter friends that I know are typically here [Feb], March and April as they have learned Jan (and sometimes Feb) can be a bit brisk...

We have a home in the Villages that we use ourselves off season and rent during the high season. Jan/Feb/March are easy to rent out. April is also fairly easy to rent. The other months are harder to rent, since there are so many rentals available. I have occasionally had a tenant for Nov & part of December. It is pretty hard to find a tenant May through October. I did better when I had a 6 month renter or a yearly renter.
