An aside, if any of these guests are attractive, loose-moral, women with questionable tastes and minimal standards, we might be able to work something out.
Muncle, I can't believe someone didn't blow the whistle on your post. Ahem... take down the boarding house sign from the front of your dwelling and may I suggest Bunco as a past time? I hear it's wholesome and very entertaining and it may keep you out of trouble.

On the other hand, you might want to do what we do. Tell your guests they're welcome to stay with you, but the houseguests are responsible for buying dinner - then take them out to Bonefish, Thai Ruby, etc... Be sure to order wine

Our guests don't stay very long, but we eat well while they're visiting.

Tell them that you are redecorating and that the first bedroom is turned into a library and computer room and you have removed the bed from the second one as well, to make it a TV room. Send them a link to TVRentals or encourage them to make a lifestyle visit. Or just tell them that you have a problem, just as you stated it for us. Tell them that you love them and enjoy them but so many visitors give little time to ....then list all of the things you are doing, If they don't understand, then they aren't friends.

Okay, the "boarding" house sign is down. If you didn't like my idea of the hotel brochures --- which does work --- send them a copy of the snake pic from the other thread and explain you're having a small animal problem.

And in truth Peachie, all the drugs I've been on of late, regardless of their looks or morals, I wouldn't have the energy.

I guess we're lucky not to have any friends!
