The author’s name is ‘rawbooty2’. Sounds like a credible source.

Despite the bizarre handle, I found the piece not only credible, but spot on. It mirrors the general concept of Gad Saad's Suicidal Empathy.

If you told all the 48 World Cup soccer teams would all get the same participation trophy and nothing else, there would be riots.

LOL! If you think everyone is dumb enough to use their real name on a free world wide web site, with all the crooks and scammers in the world, you haven't been paying attention. So you used spinner, not your real name I assume, and you are judging another anonymous name?

And as i typed, I couldn't get the direct link while on my iPhone.

None the less, the article has some very interesting observations from a simulation which might be conceptually similar to the situation in the advanced societies right now, if you read articles versus judging anonymous names.

We have a very advanced society, like never before, of caring and smart people who create, build, improve, behave socially, high standard of morals, very nice and never ever hurt or cause harm. We should be very very proud of that.

Problem: they are a minority. My estimate, no more than 40% of people.

The rest, most people, the masses, are dysfunctional, many with serious mental issues or criminally insane. The rest of them are not smart to make basic good decisions.

The masses are VERY easy to control, to be violent / destructive mob, or, be self-controlled functioning part of society.

It's extremely easy to control the masses. Proven scientific methods developed over centuries, i.e. Propaganda.

The real issue is those who control the masses: they, on purpose, want to destroy them and most of society. A lot of it is now done in the name of "progress" and "strengthening the society".

With proper propaganda, even masses can be controlled to be well functioning part of society, for their own good.

Do you know of any leaders of the masses who actually help the people they represent? I don't.

Not a single example for that in history! Not a single example.

There are many idioms which ring true, some not obvious without thought. These are my three favorites. .

Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times.

If you don't fear the government, you fear each other.

Human behavior hasn't changed in two thousand years. . .

We did have that, when there was a strong survival instinct, first agriculturally, then economically. Now there is alot of utopian generosity which attracts weak survivalists, due to the second/third order effects from technology, ie, as near to utopia as human history has created. If good versus evil always balances out after going from one extreme to another, society advances very slowly, in different ways and places, faster after evil extremes, slower after good extremes.

reflect upon our parents and grandparent's times in the past. . Our Grandparents were born at the end of the agrian age, the beginning of the industrial age. Our parents learned their habits from them, when survival was still a strong agricultural instinct. Our parents had strong economic survival skills, learning to fix and create material needs and wants. .

Loos at our generation. . losing alot of those skills, and outsourcing skills to the cheapest alternative. . . not a great survival structure. ..

Every parent says they want their kids to do better and have a better life than they did.
I think it would be better if we simply want our kids to have a life as good as ours.
At some point better means easier ... leads right into statement from above - hard men create easier times, easier times create weaker men, weaker men create hard times, etc....

Raananh- 40% is too high, I think closer to 30%. For example, how many people actually cheered for Musk being a trillionaire last Friday? 90% of the people should applaud for somebody doing well, but the masses hated to see somebody making it big. He didn’t inherit this money, he is the man behind his success. This tells us more about the masses in this country

Default Absolutely

Absolutely,

“ What Universe 25 shows is something, different - darker: when consequence disappears, organisms often become self-destructive; not because they are evil, but because biological systems adapt to whatever pressures (or lack of pressures) exist. Without real incentives to cooperate or sacrifice for the group, selfishness wins.”

The reality is, if you work for something, you appreciate it more. Unfortunate life circumstances teach us to adapt and build character making us more than what we were. That’s why the capitalism mindset made this country the greatest on earth.

Are there casualties to the mindset, of course. The larger casualty for all of us though is the masses waiting and looking for the breadcrumbs from the successful, instead of working to make their own success.

The authors last name of Saad is VERY informative because his attitude and over-the-top rhetoric are very SAD.

Taste buds deteriorate as people age. That has to be taken into consideration.
