I filed online yesterday and they called back in less than 24 hours. So far so good.

BTW, after the tornado of Feb 2007, we filed a claim with ASI. They completed the home inspection and mailed us a check within 2 weeks. We've stayed with ASI since. Hope they're still as efficient.
