Think it is 72 hours.

So!

You have ten more minutes, then we're coming to tow it away!

Sorry but it's are probably not allowed at all. Check your Deed Restrictions using Bogie's link. The ones you read before buying..... right?

And if you want the final word, call Community Standards, however I agree with above, either you cannot do this or you have 72 hours max.

You must always call Community Standards with these questions. A couple of reasons.

Deed restrictions vary among the districts. So, someone may be giving accurate information for them, but not for you.

Inaccurate information goes around much too easily. As in - "I heard", "I think", "As far as I know".

The other thing to remember, is when any period of allowance is over, you then have until someone reports you to carry on parking, before the dreaded 'knock on the door!'
Tight lines!!

If you don't mind being a bad neighbor. And a lot of "It's all about me people don't!"

No one wants to see a boat and trailer parked in the driveway. Next will be rusted out cars parked on the front lawn

There are storage facilities nearby for boats and trailers. We had guests show up with a boat and trailer towed all the way from Colorado once. Fortunately, they were only here two nights, before anybody complained.
