Obviously, we are all going to guess.

My guess is 95,000.

I came to that at conclusion because the last population figure I heard was 150,000. Assuming most households are two residents and one cart per household brings us to 75,000.

Then I added another 20,000 for two cart households arriving at 95,000

Your thoughts?
