Yes. We've had them available for years. If people could just imagine an intersection instead of a circle, there would be no left turns from the right lane or right turns from the left lane. Thanks for posting it.

Not legally, but I see it at regular intersections on a (sadly) all too frequent basis. Blessed be the drivers that anticipate and avoid these jerkovs (pardon my Russian).
