Just saw a young man riding a bicycle in the cart lane holding onto a baby stroller. He was on the curb side of the lane and the stroller was closer to the traffic. The stroller looked to me to contain a baby but I'm praying that it only had blankets.

My mother was in town over the weekend and saw a grandpa in his golf cart with baby in car seat...in the front seat of the golf cart.

What are these people thinking? Where is the common sense?

We had a tragedy here in Indiana yesterday when a 9 year old boy was killed by being pinned under a golf cart. The boy was driving the cart by himself and when he didn't return home, he was discovered by his father who went looking for him. The child was pronounced dead at the scene. No one knows exactly what happened and the police continue to investigate.
