Pine Hills; but you will still be able to enter LaBelle North after you pass thru the Pine Hills gate.

I like Pine Ridge, reminiscent of the dairy farm. I hope all who move in there will be good neighbors for the people of Fruitland Park.

I was VERY surprised with the pricing there--more than reasonable, as others have mentioned. Lots of furnished homes, 2+GC garages in come--the least expensive new homes I've seen in TV.

How long do you think it will take to go from Pine Ridge to Brownwood or Colony Or Grand Traverse?

Fruitland Park = Lake County - no bond!

I would guess 30 to 40 min to Brownwood. I believe there is or will be a road that takes you by the fire station on Morse at Pinellas. Just continue on Pinellas to BV then go south.

I just looked at The Villages sales site and found these homes to be just north of Belle Glade CC, not where I had been thinking. The time to Brownwood would be even less, maybe 20 min down Hillsborough Trail then south on BV.
