I just finished two weeks staying with a friend in the Villages and had a wonderful time. What a beautiful place. I see from reading here that there is no right place to live here, that all villages have somthing to offer and that I need to find out whats important to me. This is a place that I definately want to live and that I have to find out more what there is to now before buying. I just wanted to say thanks for the good time I had and for people I met who were so friendly and helpful.

I so agree Mary Edwards. I find myself trying to explain it to my neighbors and friends who are old enough to take advantage of it. Usually I am able to use words, but I flounder helplessly when I talk about The Villages. I hope the Morse family read these posts sometimes. I know that some people say that they do it for the money, well they deserve to earn money, but there is so much that you can perceive that is beyond money here. No one needs to keep it quite so clean and keep replanting the flowers and it requires a lot of doing to find the live entertainment for the squares. Someone has to arrange the parades, none of them that I have seen were just "thrown together". The interiors of all the rec centers and the sales center are a feast for my eyes and the country club restaurants too, so pretty to dine in.



It is all so wonderful. I would like someone to blame!
