Everywhere I go now days people say "perfect" no matter what the situation, especially office workers. I always try to offer a preemptive "perfect" before he or she can strike. It often catches them off guard and they can be speechless for a few seconds. One guy on the phone even said perfect perfect as if being perfect once wasn't enough.
