After IRMA when everything was nice and sunny gas was hard to come by for a while (especially on 441 because there was no power for a week) because it was being sent down to S. FL where "it was needed most."

I topped off at the Shell station on Bella Cruz and 441 about 4:30. No waiting.

I just heard an official on television say one of the things to do was go to a gas station and top of your tank. Why do that if you had no plans to leave and you already had a half to a two thirds of a tank of gas? The news station also showed the gas stations around Miami and Orlando that were closed and out of gas. There could be a good reason to top off your gas tank if you were leaving in the morning but this certainly wouldn’t be a retiree who wasn’t. Leave the gas for working people and for those that need it.
