Isn't that the purpose of a forum to have misunderstandings corrected. This is what I believed to be true. You don't have to be so snippy.

Not trying to be snippy - did you read it somewhere or maybe dream it. I felt you posted it like it was fact.
You are trying to un-ring a bell here! Some other poorly informed individual may have read your post and voted already.

If it is good enough, it will pass again. As it stands, its not good enough imo. Go back to the drawing board. No need to rush into it.

Maybe. Or maybe the Legislature decides not to go through the effort to do the same thing a second time for a group that refuses to understand what they are voting on.

BTW: What about it is not good enough?

That's a funny. The developer has proved that he has friends in high places.

While she appears to be padding that post count after joining months ago, the tone and attitude cause some to discount anything posted. If you can say it politely, we might read past the first snarky sentence!

Sorry. I wasn't going for snarky..... I was going for sarcastic. I figured that would be ok because some of you go for uninformed and clueless. I could not care less about post count and I have lived here full time for going on 19 years. How about you? I was reading TOTV before you probably knew where this place was.

Default One more reason to vote NO

Villages Resident John Kastura just published a well researched opinion piece on the internet-news-site-that-can't-be-mentioned-here setting forth one more reason to vote NO on the pig-in-a-poke proposed fire district.

That opinion piece provides insight into one of the reasons that the Developer is promoting the new fire district through his propaganda machine. That reason is that the new fire district would provide even more protection to the Developer's sweetheart impact fee, which offloads the costs of his new county infrastructure on to us current residents. You will recall that representative Brett Hage got almost a million dollars from the Developer after sponsoring legislation tailored to make it difficult to increase that sweetheart fee.

If the Avocado/Sphinctermeister is against it, I’m going to vote for it.

John Kastura..... he's one of mouth pieces like you for the POA. I remember his July 2020 opinion piece on the internet-news-site telling Dems and Independents how to switch enrollment to vote in the REPUBLICAN primary. I'm still trying to figure out how/why you haters all stay here. If I felt that strongly against the family that gave us this place..... well I would have moved a long time ago. It's possible you could go some place else and be the Big Fish in a small pond..... you don't like being the small fish in this BIG pond. Like the saying goes "It take brass ones to tell someone who has made BILLIONS, they are doing it wrong. That's some ego! Or is it just jealousy?
