Yes, I knew that Jeannie Beanie was looking for a place to rent (I read it in her posts) & she was having a real hard time finding someone to rent to her with her dogs. I too checked the list of rentals and just like Jeannie said, most say NO PETS. I will PM her though, I think she hopes to be there as soon as she can find a place. I will probably be pretty close behind her, if I can find someone to rent to me. I am trying to make arrangements to have the puppy sent to me at a later date - if the breeder agrees, that would be the best thing to do. BUT, I have two Devon Rex cats and they HAVE to come with me. Thanks for suggesting to contact her. I will try to do that sometime today.

There is a hotel that a friend told me is very pet friendly also, I will try to find out the name. I also noticed that it seems more and more rentals are willing to consider pets. (I think some go by the size of the pet).

Thanks to Nonie and this very nice couple and perfect timing...I will be on my way in three weeks!!

Hery that's great news Jeannie! I am delighted for you. Certainly an ideal situation.

What list did Noni post to? I try to keep up with everyone by reading the list several times a day but I must have missed hers. That was so nice of Noni.

I cant remember where she posted the question, but I will check, all I remember is that is was perfect timing with the question and quick response and poof I had a great place to rent...I was very lucky!! I will be renting in Duval from October till I find my (last) home. I say last...because I never want to move again hehe. .
