Hi All, Shopping insurance for auto. possibly bundle home & auto. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

State Farm for auto. Note that State Farm and Allstate are 2 companies who will sell you up to $1million in personal liability coverage as part of your auto policy. Many other companies limit you to $250K. Also, Florida, unlike many other states, does not require uninsured motorist insurance. Some people will disagree, but I save hundreds by not paying for UM coverage.
Bundling is overrated and the savings are sometimes not calculated correctly. Do the math before bundling. Good luck. |

We were dropped from our insurance homeowner's policy after 30 years (moved to FL only 3 yrs ago though). I shopped for a month. Very few companies will give you homeowner's insurance in FL now. State Farm is the only national brand that will do so (that I found).
So we bundled with them. Try Chris Seamans (talk to Matt Parent). They are local. |
