If you have the "whole police report" then post it online for us, or provide a link to it. You have claimed that the car driver has a domestic abuse history. I have no idea if that is true, nor if it is true how you would know it, I just wish to very clearly state that under our system of laws, the past behavior of an injured party is not part of the decision to be made. Even prostitutes have a right not to be raped and their rapist should expect the full weight of the law to fall upon them. So if Mr. Bibas shot at a car containing occupants it does NOT matter what the past legal history of those occupants may be and does not excuse or reduce the seriousness of his behavior.

A history of multiple domestic violence convictions shows that the driver could have instigated the situation and possibly was enraged enough to attempt to run a person over.
A history of beating on women shows the driver has an anger problem and the possibilty exists that he was the one harassing the motorcyclist. What type of criminal history did the 67 year old biker have? Furthermore, just because a "story" is in the paper and on TV doesn't make it true. If it is true then I'm certain it would be a VERY easy & quick conviction. |

The burden of proof is not on me. I'm not claiming innocence or guilt for either side. I simply pointed out that there is more to the story.
Note: there isn't an attempted murder charge on Bibas. There's likely a reason for that. I think everyone should wait until the case is over and stop harassing the man. No one here was a witness to the apparent crime. ...stop posting his picture and where he can be seen, stop posting demeaning things about a person you do not know. The guy is drinking coffee not booze. He's not a thug with a long rap sheet. Media tells slanted stories because it sells. Choose your sources wisely. I did my homework. This country allows records to be open to the public. Kindly, you should do your own homework before making a judgement - And not ask to copy my answers. |
