Thumbs up

Me and the hubs had lunch at JR yesterday. I had BLT, fries and a vanilla coke. It was great.

Also went there about a month ago. Saw some dancing by the teenage staff as well as by one of the senior customers.

It was clean inside and the servers were prompt and friendly.

Sandwich and fries were just average though.

We ate there the last time we visited and enjoyed it. We found it to be a fun place to grab a bite to eat. The staff was very friendly and the food was good.

We have burger joints on the same order here and yes it does remind us of days gone by or at least some places on sitcoms we used to watch.

Why would a business person open such a place? To set themselves apart from the run of the mill burger joints. Competing in a market place with burger joints on every corner is easier if you have something a little different to offer and IMHO MickeyD's just doesn't seem like a good fit for LSL.
