Default July 2009 Cruise In At Spanish Springs

I just posted pictures of last months cruise in (July 2009) at Spanish Springs.

Also posted is a picture of the Turtle Mound gator. About 5 foot in length but I was not going to ask it to stand still while I measure. Quality of that pic is not that great as it was from the cart path and it was summing near the green on the 4th hole.

Nice pictures of the cruise in. I am always amazed at how many beautiful cars are in TV and the surrounfing areas.

Turtle Mound Gator, eeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww scary. I make my golf debut at Turtle Mound this coming Monday. Now I'm really nervous.

I had more to post but ran up against the storage limit. I will have to go back and delete some of my previous posts.

That night the section in front of the Church on the Square was all British cars. It may have been a club that came in just for the show as I saw a few of the cars at The Waterfront Inn on that Friday and again early on Sunday morning. A couple of super clean Austin's and MG's.

Hawk:

I noticed your pictures of the MGB's and Austin Healy 3000's. All the more reason why I need to get us down permanently. Great to see the cruise in have increased variety of Vintage Cars.

Thanks for the pictures

Nice pics. My wife was a little "under the weather", so she didn't feel like going and I didn't feel like leaving her alone. Thanks for giving me a little of the flavor of that evening at the square.

Here is a link to the picture section.

https://www.talkofthevillages.com/fo...hp?albumid=171

You can also get to the photo album section by clicking on the "Quick Link" down arrow that is located on the blue bar at the top of the page. It is just to the left of the Log Out. Once you hit the "quick Link" go down and click on "All Albums". Here you will find a my pictures from December and July. You will also find many other pictures that users have posted.

Thank you Hawkwind, The pictures are great. Hope to be there one day to see in person. Were there last year at the cruise in and it rained. We have them here in West Palm area occasionally. The best time is when they are started and go on parade. Brings back memories. The kids Hondas with the large muffler just does not compare! LB
