Default Just wondering

What are the rules in TV about replacement homes. For instance, if I bought a home in say Silver Lake (manufactured home) and in 10 years wanted to replace it with a new manufactured home, would I be able to do that? Are their rules on that? I know a lot of people look like they have done VERY extensive remodeling, so that must be ok. What I am thinking is I can buy an older smaller unit now, rent it or use it occasionally until I retire, then later buy a new manufactured home and replace it.

Anybody know what the rules are?

I believe as long as you pay to remove the old one , it's all ok. There have been quite a few replaced manufactured homes. Contact one of the TV sales reps for the details would be my advice.

Thanks John.

Has anyone else had any experience with this?
