I believe this is the best advice, especially for long term overall health. Plus eat organically as much as possible. I started doing this last March (plus dramatically reduced carbs, especially processed carbs.) Within one week I felt so much better overall. My energy level in a matter of days was dramatically better. I needed to lose weight but this isn't why I started doing this. I did it to feel better and to be healthier. But the weight melted off. I would barely replace the clothes I had grown and would go down another size. I never weighed myself before I started but have always been excellent about knowing my weight within 2 lbs. even without a scale. I've lost 40 lbs and it's been easy to keep it off.

I’ve had the best results from “Real Time Pain Relief” aka RTPR. Pain relief is basically instantaneous if it works for you. I’ll be happy to give you a sample to see if it works.

I have heard that some of the CBD(?) based products work, but have no idea of getting or using these.
I appreciate the replies so far.
I use the CBD regularly when my knee hurts and within a very short period of time the pain is gone. Got it out of state but I now have a card to get it locally.

Diclofenac Sodium (in Voltaren) is a very good oral and topical anti-inflammatory (in the NSAID family).

I stayed off of Oxycodone after hip replacement and used Diclofenac Sodium and it's great

So if you found one that worked well that is what I am looking for, I will be going back to my doctor in a few weeks, so I do not need a doctor referral UNLESS this would be required for a specific creme (CBD based?)
Thank you for any information.
I just thought of one more thing that might help you. Ginger and turmeric. I drink ginger tea (it was an acquired taste for me.) I like it turmeric sprinkled on my salad but you can get it in capsule form too.

All our elderly neighbors and my husband swear by the “horse liniment gel “ by ABSORBINE
You can get it at Tractor Supply . Used on horses for sore muscles and sore joints non greasy just don’t get it in your eyes or nose ( menthol) wash hands well after applying

I just got some 'horse liniment' from Sparr, and it appears to be working!!!! Put it on shortly after lunch, and very little pain since. I am impressed.

The Belmont Stakes is on June 8th. this year at Saratoga Race Course. If you start your training now ....... who knows? I would wager $2.00 on you.

Glad the knee is feeling a little better.

I am using MagiLife. I had a cortisone shot and felt like I needed something more after a couple weeks so I started using this. It helps but some days I use it twice and if I need more I will take an 8 hour arthritis pain pill. Did not go back to the Doctor after 3 months to get another shot as I felt I did not need it.

I have had good luck with Volteran Cream. In addition I take a liquid Turmeric that I get at Costco. I have been amazed at how well it has worked for my knees. I went from daily pain and struggling with walking to rarely having any knee issues since I started the Turmeric.

I’ve used Blue Emu Arthritis Maximum Pain Relief Topical Cream for Muscles, Joints and Strains w/Emu Oil for years. Washes off of your hands easily; not greasy. Available at Amazon and in local Walgreens stores.

It also has pain-relieving, collagen-softening, and anti-inflammatory characteristics, making it an incredibly effective natural pain reliever. Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) is a colorless and transparent fluid that must be diluted before use.

Regarding CBD, I go to the "Pharm Stand" in Brownwood. I call it the CBD pharmacy. You can ask them questions, and it's a reputable company that I trust.

Good luck!
Definitely not a natural product meaning not found naturally goes thru chemical processes to be derived from wood. Even paper is not natural it takes a chemical process to make paper.

Yes and a dr can send in a script for higher than the otc 1%. It works too. No awful scents and it evaporates in completely
