Default Last nights meteor storm

According to astronomers, last night had the potential to be filled with shooting stars as we passed through the debris left by comet 209P. I went out to redfish run at 2:30 last night and hung out for an hour. It was a beautiful night and I saw two shooting stars, but the meteor shower sure didn't live up to expectations.

This is typical of the hype for these events. I gave up wasting my time since Haleys Comet fly by. Big waste of time.

That's too bad. Maybe tonight will be better?
