I found the article in the "Sun". 15 Oct. Saturday page A8. It does not mention a cost or who has to pay. It states CDD3 supervisors approved
an agreement for repairs to the CR 101 tunnel. That agreement is in the LINK

It also stated the Board Chairman did not feel that CCD3 should be responsible for the tunnel.

There are trucks, a bobcat and people @ the tunnel. Work has begun.

Personally I like the tunnel. Some cars at the 4 way act as if they don't have a stop sign. I'm very careful through there.

I like that tunnel too. We used the four-way a lot last winter and it was OK, but I'd rather go under automobile traffic than across it.
