Default Laurel Manor gym

Hello. I am new to the area and heard that Laurel Manor recreation center has a gym.

Does anyone have any info about it? Size equipment etc?
Thanks

I’ve been there, and it has all the usual equipment. Why don’t you swing by there. They’ll be happy to show you around.

Almost all regional recreation centers have exercise room. There is a fee for using it though.

Best thing to do is take a ride there and check it out.

They'll let you look around.

This photo might help as well.

If you are on Medicare you probably already have a gym membership included. You will have either Silver Sneakers or Renew Active. Why pay twice? Many gyms like MVP and several others in and around TV accept these free memberships.

If you're really into working out, check out MVP. They will even give you a free week to check it out. (well , they did several years ago)
