Looking for suggestions about how to repair a small problem with the Lazy Susan in our kitchen. The Lazy Susan does not operate on a pole, but rather, each shelf operates independently. Both shelves rotate perfectly, but one of the shelves does not stop and “catch” when it reaches the closure position, as it is designed to do. I couldn’t find anything about this on YouTube. Any ideas as to what is required to fix this?

Try a call to home warranty to get the manufacturers name of the cabinets, with any luck they will have a website with instructions and parts list for the cabinets. I am guessing that a part has broken or is out of alignment that provides the stopping in the "locked" position. You might also try looking very carefully at the working shelf to see if there is a difference between each of them. I would normally offer to come over but I am in the middle of a big project at my house.

Lazy Susan is an oxymoron. My wife is Susan and she is not lazy : ).
