Default Leaving South Florida for TV

Scheduled our Lifestyle visit for November. We hope to pick a homesite and build within a year. We listed our condo on the beach and hope a snowbird will buy it this season. We are very excited to live in The Villages. Looking for four great days in November.

Good luck to you! I sure wish I could talk hubby into TV, but he hasn't sampled enough of the water in TV yet. I'd move tomorrow if it were up to me! Currently our home is up for sale as we are building a new one. In 8 weeks we've had 3 showings. Our realtor said to wait for October. Well, it's almost half over. Dang! But that's ok, it will happen sooner or later. I hope you have great luck with the snowbirds arriving, and I KNOW you will love TV!! Best of luck to you!

To make the story short it was his decision to make the move which shocked me.
Been here over 2 years can't tell you how happy we made the move,he always tells me we should have moved here sooner.Yes their is many here from South Florida.
Smile And Be Happy !!!!!!
Punta Gorda is (IMHO) one of the prettiest cities in one of the nicest areas of S Florida. I miss the ice cream shop that was next to Bealls Outlet, just over the bridge.
Your decision to relocate says a LOT about the desirability of The Villages.

Best of Luck to you. A testimonial to how incredible it is to live in TV.

There is no place on earth like TV with it's friendly people and lifestyle.

Default Melboubne Beach

We left a beautiful oceanfront in Melbourne Beach for TV - no regrets.

We live in Boca Raton and still need to work until around July of next year. We started building in Pennecamp last month and will be closing on November 17.

We can hardly wait to move to TV full time. In the meantime we drive up to TV every chance we get. It takes less than four hours.

Looking forward to meeting lots of south Florida folks.

Good Luck in your new home. You'll love it here. People are more friendly here then in South Florida.
