Will there be video? Just hoping!

We went to Brownwood tonight and had a wonderful time. Yes, a few chairs were roped off, maybe 8 total. No need for scissors tonight or any other evening in the square. Unless of course one is looking to incite conflict.

At LSL last night the hourly announcement included no saving of seats.

Because by then, it was after the fact. The seat saving occurs before the entertainment. It would be confusing to be told to not save seats when the entertainment is happening.

If a tree falls in the forest when there is no one around does it make a sound?

I thought I heard the same announcement last night as well. It was a canned recording they ran before the entertainment came back from their break. They ran out of Bud Light really early too!

Just trading another point to ponder.

Happy Passover RustyP. I am glad you live here in The Villages.

Well that's at least one step in the right direction. Let's just hope they continue announcing it until people start getting the message.

This was funny. I had visions of myself doing exactly that with the music playing from the Wizard of Oz when the witch is on her broom. I guess if the shoe fits.....

Not to delve into my psychiatry past, but it is this simple!

If you cut the line and sit down;
1. Those that look stupid, most likely did not know they were being rude.

2. Those that get angry, knew they were bing a jerk but don't care.

Be kind to the one with a dumb look, but give the angry one a good verbal smack.

We and most we know hardly ever go and never go to the squares when there is a popular group there due to this issue.

The silence from the Villages Management that could easily fix this continues. I think we were duped thinking into these type things would not be a problem but are left with the reality that the Villages will do basically nothing.

I would hope the announcement said "prior to entertainment beginning"---Surely you can save your wife's seat as she makes her way to and from the ladies room. Seems as if I remember reading a book once upon a time "don't sweat the small stuff". Gracie, "Boy Howdy"!!
