Default Long-Term Rental Needed

Thinking of listing a rental and just haven’t done it yet? Maybe it’s a fit for us!

We have been searching online, contacting property management companies, etc. Have had no luck so far.

Request: Annual lease, starting November 1, South of Hwy 468 (Warm Springs Rd), 3 bdr, 2 bath, prefer no “kissing” lanai. Courtyard Villa or Veranda would be ideal, but willing to consider others.

About Us: It’s just the 2 of us. We are non-smokers and have no pets. References available.

Backstory: Hubby and I have been renting a home near Eastport for the last 2 years. Our current lease is up at the end of October. We originally decided not to renew our lease this year and were planning to return to our home state due to family obligations. The situation has now changed and we are trying to find another long-term (annual) rental, as our current house has since been leased to someone else.

Posting here in hopes someone is thinking about listing a rental and just haven’t done it yet.

Thanks in advance!

Default Rental

We are moving out of our rental at the end of November and into our new home being built. Here is the link to the rental.

They need a place to live at the beginning of November, not the end of it. They have to vacate their current residence October 31.
