Default Cane Garden Sinkhole

A new sinkhole opened up on Jacaranda nine today, not very big around but about 10 ft. deep. I believe it was hole #5 right in the middle of the fairway. A little unnerving to think that could happen while your hitting to a green!

More than a little! I wouldn't want to play that ball from where it lies! Take the penalty!

[Another reason for me to not take up that sport!]

Are you sure that they are not just experimenting with a larger cup again?

Put sand in the bottom and call it a pot bunker!

Yea...you might make double bogey.

The odds of me hitting the green are slightly greater than the odds of me disappearing in a sinkhole.

It is an incentive to keep up the pace when playing.

Default Same Area?

Isn't this pretty close to the really large sinkhole on Chalmers Terrace recently?

I think even scarier would be driving along in your golf cart when the hole opens up

If that's where it is.... I'm safe!

I think you could say its in the "general area.". However, a sinkhole can crop up anywhere in Central Florida. It's not something to lose sleep over.

Depends on what you mean by "pretty close".
The one on Chalmers was not far from the 150 marker on Jacaranda #6.

Or a new type of Super Premium home... Your body will be kept in storage until a sink hole opens at your chosen course. It will be enclosed in tasteful colored concrete and your will spend eternity with fellow golfers right in the place you loved. Perpetual landscaping provided.
