I would call Pittman Law and see if they can handle all of your legal needs, I am sure they can handle most of these, not sure about the LLCs. As for the accountant, you may want to look into HR Block, as they are nationwide, any specific state questions can be handled/discussed with a person in the state from here, this is what we did when we moved here, worked very well. They also guarantee their results, and I have actually collected on that also when a mistake was made.
If you are dead set on a local accountant, you may want to mention which states are involved, so you get someone familiar with that specific states requirements.

Thank you for the responses. Seems 10 years ago, there would have been many more responses on here.

To the person that recommended an accountant and lawyer within the same office, "one stop shopping," but later deleted the post, please PM me the information if possible. Or if anyone remembers that post, as that situation would be ideal.

I am open to private messages, for recommendations and also those to avoid.
