TV has a lot of nice places to go and to live. Just wanting a place to sit, mind my own business and relax. Sad to say but a gents club is the closest thing and although the women's dress code is pleasant... being fully clothed is plenty fine as well.
Been to Ft Laud and Miami 5 or 6 years ago. I hope I never see either place again. City life is not my style.

I enjoyed sips over the years, and had a few nice tables outside on a sidewalk and the nice small dancing floor inside with usually a singer and a piano player

Default Why so nasty?

This person asked the legitimate question and you're just being nasty, did you get up on the wrong side of the bed today?

Full service please as I enjoy a good Bourbon.
The only way I can describe what I'm looking for is this... if Dean Martin walked in and liked what he saw. We'll that's the kind of place I'm looking for. I'd be willing to drive a few hours if need be. I'd just like a fun place to unwind and enjoy.
Thanks in advance. = )
Sounds like you may have found a niche to fill.

The original concept of TV was a retirement community back in the days when people retired around the age of 65 or 70. Things and times have changed, people no longer have to live where they work and this is bringing younger people to great areas to live such as The Villages.

I agree we need something other than the run of the mill eating and drinking places available here. I know there is a private restaurant in SLS, what about an enterprising person opening a private members only bar in SS or SLS. Membership would be sold out in a week.

After giving it some more thought, there has to be places around here somewhere where the wealthy Floridians go. If you ever saw the photos of the people who attended the Cattlemans Ball which used to be held here every year, then you would know they are not spending their evenings in TV.

Was it advertised as a 55+ community back then? If so, that would be it's original concept... There were (and still area) plenty of people retiring at that age...

Forgot the Casa Monica hotel in St. Augustine. Beautiful bar area and musicians most evenings.

Is Goblins Market a bar? We always eat there and love it, food is excellent. But, I had no idea it was an evening place.
