For all the people who talk about house appreciation, or fear of buying at the top, or overpaying, homes are shelter costs. They aren't investments. Part of the issue right now for all these highly appreciated houses is that the home owner's insurance is catching up, making the everyday cost much more expensive, as well as the particulars of the area increasing the occurances. If housing prices outpace general inflation, being offset by goods in the calculation, and then insurance catches up at the accelerated rate, everyday living becomes more expensive than their fixed income appreciation. . .

Like some people just don't want to buy a house and enjoy it in their life's sunset, but want the ego stroke of cost and value comparison with their neighbors. . . . as if in the end they can take something with them. . . .

We live by Brownwood now in a villa. We need more room so we are going for a Warbler and stretching it in all ways. And adding a pool with construction of home otherwise you would have to wait on pool 2-3 years. We like T&D pools,They take care of our pool now.It is scary of the unknown but the villages always seem to have great plans. That is why they are number one in the world for retirement community.Eastport is going to be the best from all of the squares combine into one.So here we go
