With the housing market in the rest of the country in the pits, I would not rush into a deal, becouse I think they are going to be around and maybe even get better before prices start to go up, for quite a while

There was a time where if you stopped to think you lost the house you liked. Not sure market is as hot as it was then. But then there is a ranch here that was fabulous. Fully furnished with very expenive furniture. Even the fine china was included. This was a few months ago. Our friends looked and decided to think about it. The house sold the same day to someone else.
