Actually, it's very easy. just use the ignore feature on TOTV and you won't see those posts. But human nature tells me that although people complain about other posters, they still read their posts and complain about them anyway.

Boy, I don't agree with either one of you. Or with the poster who said he never ran into anyone rude at Amazon.

The last first: did you ever haul a picture into Amazon to have it framed?

Pammy, I agree with you to some extent, but even with no sales associates around, I wouldn't interrupt someone already being waited on to ask a question. Especially in the framing department. Getting your artwork framed is not as simple as picking out knitting needles.

And DougB, the framing section is there for exactly the purpose of choosing framing. They're very sophisticated in their equipment, they only use certain salespeople who have the training in framing, they have a boatload of frames and a thousand mats to choose from, they put different options under a digital device that shows you what it will look like, and IT COSTS A TON OF MONEY!!!! I have frequently taken 2 hours to pick out frames for artwork. I know when I go in there that if someone is working with a customer in the framing department, I might as well go out to lunch and try again later.

That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

Well, Rags, what you said still stymies me. How would OP avoid rudeness by going to Amazon? Are they going to be able to frame the artwork?

I can see both sides of this scenario, If I was going to tie up a salesperson for a goodly length of time, I would let other people go ahead of me.

I have been in store where other people have interrupted, without saying excuse me, "Can I ask a question?".

For some people, "it's all about them". Just ask them, and they will tell you.

For me, it's about showing some class, and being polite.

Who is Rags?? CFrance if you mean me, now I'm stymied? I'm sorry that I confused you. To answer your question, only an idiot would try to have artwork framed by Amazon.
Of all the negative posts on this thread why you would choose mine to challenge is Bed, Bath and Beyond me. It was meant to lighten things up a bit.

BTW, I never bought a picture frame and probably never will.

Well not too difficult. Just go backwards until you're finally no longer beyond you.
